For work where computer files are produced, particularly in relation to our Typesetting and Arranging and Performance Services, it is also possible for you to access the progress of your work online and download these files to your own computer. This enables you to have disk copies of your work and this also provides additional backup protection in the event of data loss, enabling your work to be recovered after any disaster with a minimum of delay, simply by downloading your files again if necessary. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to have access to this facility for your work, as we will have to set up a special private internet page for you, so that you can access your files from our server. There is no charge for setting this up, as we have a standard format which only needs a small amount of personalisation.
